You may not know this, but Impy loves wrapping presents! She's been plotting to add a giftwrap service to the store since before we actually even had a store, and she's thrilled to finally be able to offer this service now. We really do believe it's important to go the extra mile as much as possible, so we thought gift-wrap was the perfect option to add to make things special.
Any time you order our giftwrap service, all items will also be shipped signed. We can personalize them if you tell us you'd like us to, but otherwise it will be just Poe's signature and maybe a little sketch. If you know that the giftee has a favorite character, please be sure to let us know who it is so that we can be sure they get the character they like with the signature!
Our regular wrapping paper is a gorgeous solid metallic silver or blue, though you can of course specify which you'd prefer that we use. If you really need a different color for someone (such as black for that person who regards aging a little less than favorably), then please e-mail us before ordering, and Impy will do her best to make it happen. Sadly, we cannot always include a bow with the wrapping because it might be crushed during shipping, but we will use pretty ribbons where appropriate, and we will try to include a bow whenever possible.
Each item you order will be wrapped separately, and labeled according to whatever you specify in the comments. Please make sure you tell us who gets what item, and check that all names are spelled exactly the way you want them on the tag, especially if you want to use a nickname. If you would like items grouped together when wrapped, please be sure to let us know that. Also, please note that we include a copy of your invoice with your shipments by default, so do make sure to tell us if you'd prefer for us to leave it out, or to include it but black out the prices.
Most of all, remember that the point of this service is to make your gift special for you. If you have a creative idea and want us to do something really different with a present, all you need to do is ask and we'll do our best to make it happen. Presents should always be joyful, both to give and to receive.
